Lussurio opens with the biggest welcome headline we have ever run through this site's calculator: a 550% bonus up to €3,507 plus 400 free spins, spread over your first four deposits. Ninety clauses further down sits the price tag: every stage of that bonus carries a wagering requirement of sixty times the deposit plus the bonus. Clearing the full package at maximum size would take roughly €377,000 in slot turnover. The gap between those two numbers is what this review is about.

What makes Lussurio more interesting than an ordinary bonus trap is everything around the mirage. The licence is real and can be checked: Goodwin N.V. holds licence OGL/2024/758/0228 from the Curacao Gaming Authority under the island's reformed regime, the licence appears in the CGA's public register and the seal in the footer links to a live certificate. The game floor is large, current and demo-friendly, with live tables from Evolution and Ezugi that we verified in the lobby. This is a real casino with a real regulator behind it, wrapped in the most aggressively priced bonus programme we have ever reviewed. Both halves earn their score.

What we liked
  • A verifiable licence: Goodwin N.V. appears in the Curacao Gaming Authority's public OGL register and the footer seal links to a live certificate, a level of checkability the Anjouan cluster cannot offer
  • A large, current and verified game floor: Elk, Hacksaw, Relax Gaming, Play'n GO, Endorphina, BGaming, Gamomat and Belatra on the shelves, with demo play that works without an account
  • 89 live tables verified in the lobby, from Evolution and Ezugi, including Crazy Time and a wide range of roulette and blackjack
  • The operator has an established sister brand (GoodWin Casino) and public company pages on AskGamblers and Casino Guru, so an outside record exists and can grow
  • iOS and Android apps and a fast, polished interface
What worried us
  • The welcome bonus wagering is 60x the deposit plus the bonus per stage, the highest requirement we have ever recorded: the first stage alone can demand almost €79,000 in turnover
  • The bonus page promises "Withdraw cashback without wager", while article 5.4 of the Bonus Policy puts 3x wagering on all cashback: a flat contradiction
  • Bonuses run for 24 hours by default (article 1.11), daily cashback must be claimed manually within 24 hours or it lapses, and an "Active Balance" formula quietly eats into what the cashback can ever pay out
  • All bonus money sits in LSU, an in-house token on the site pegged to USDT, with unspecified "Max Cashout" multiples and excess winnings withheld at withdrawal
  • No published withdrawal caps or processing times beyond an up-to-72-hours window that the terms say is not limited, and each deposit has to be turned over 3x before it can be withdrawn
  • Dormant accounts (6 months) are charged 5% of the balance or 100 USD per month, whichever is higher, and balances are confiscated in full after 48 months (articles 9.1 and 9.4)
  • Outside review sites report complaints about delayed or blocked payouts and claim that reviews are being manipulated with fake five-star ratings; we report these as third-party claims
  • The legal texts contain Cyrillic characters in the middle of English words, a template leftover that says something about the care behind the paperwork

Reputation and licensing (5.5/10)

The footer states, word for word: "lussurio.com is owned and operated by Goodwin N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 151353 and registered address at Abraham de Veerstraat 1, Willemstad, Curaçao. lussurio.com is licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Control Board (license OGL/2024/758/0228)." Payments run through Luckyluck Limited of Cyprus. Unlike the Anjouan casinos in our caution-flagged cluster, this licence can actually be checked: OGL/2024/758/0228 appears in the published licence register of the Curacao Gaming Authority, the renamed GCB (issued on 24 July 2025 according to the register documents) and the footer seal links to a live certificate page on the regulator's domain. The CGA is a statutory regulator under Curaçao's reformed gaming law with a real complaints route, which puts Lussurio a full class above an Anjouan badge on player protection. Our score reflects that.

The rest of the picture is younger and messier. Lussurio itself launched in 2026 and has no complaints history worth mentioning yet. Goodwin N.V. is not anonymous: the company runs the older GoodWin Casino brand and has company pages on AskGamblers and Casino Guru, and Casino Guru has published a Lussurio review that so far carries no user ratings. Early outside coverage is split: some review sites report positive payout experiences, others report delayed or blocked payouts and claim that reviews are being manipulated with large numbers of fake five-star ratings. All of that is third-party reporting that we have not verified, and a 2026 brand simply has not been around long enough to build a record. Two details we checked ourselves are worth writing down: register documents list Goodwin N.V. at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, while the site's footer gives number 1, and the legal paragraph on the Cyprus payment agent contains Cyrillic letters standing in for Latin ones inside English words ("а company", "гegistered"). Neither is damning; together they show how carefully the public paperwork was put together.

Do not confuse Lussurio with GoodWin Casino (the older sister brand at goodwin.casino) or with similar-sounding brands with an Italian flavour; beyond the family resemblance, the name confusion goes no further.

Payment methods (5.0/10)

The terms accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, USDT on ERC-20 and TRC-20, "other crypto currencies" and EUR. The payment bar on the homepage adds logos for Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, paysafecard, MoonPay, Open Banking and Rapid. The cashier itself sits behind registration, so we could not verify which of those methods actually appear at the deposit step, or what the per-method limits are; the internal business currencies are EUR and USD, with exchange-rate differences borne by the player (article 7.7).

What the terms do publish is mostly about what the casino may do, not about what you can expect. There are no withdrawal caps and no minimum withdrawal, and processing can take up to 72 hours but is not limited to that (article 7.8), a turnaround with neither a floor nor a ceiling. Every deposited amount must be wagered at least 3x before withdrawal, justified as an anti-money-laundering measure (article 7.5), exactly the same deposit-turnover clause we flagged at EmberBet. Verification is mandatory for every payout and can, at the casino's discretion, include a phone call (7.10). Crypto sent to the wrong network address is not recovered, and any recovery attempt can itself carry costs with no guarantee of success (7.6). The dormancy terms are the harshest we have quoted this year: after six months of inactivity the casino may charge, every month, "either 5% of the balance or a maximum of 100 USD flat, whichever is greater" (9.1), and "If the account is inactive for a period of 48 months, the account balance will be confiscated" (9.4). We have not tested a single withdrawal and no reliable outside payout record exists yet; the lack of published limits cuts both ways, but a payments section built entirely on operator discretion does not earn a pass mark.

Games (7.5/10)

The search bar claims 10,712 games from 106 providers, which is the site's own count and which we treat as such. What we verified while logged out is still substantial: shelf after shelf of current titles with genuine artwork from Elk (Pirots 4), Hacksaw (Le Pharaoh, 666), Relax Gaming (Money Train 4), Play'n GO (Book of Dead, Reactoonz 100), Endorphina, BGaming, Gamomat, Belatra and the catalogue distributed through SoftSwiss, with a working provider filter, player counts per game and demo play on almost everything. The platform artwork loads from SoftSwiss CDNs, which places Lussurio in one of the largest white-label ecosystems in the industry, with all the advantages and drawbacks that brings.

The Legendary Hits shelf, logged out: Elk, Hacksaw, Relax, Play'n GO, Endorphina, BGaming, Gamomat and Belatra with live player counts.

The live floor is verified and better than most of the caution-flagged cluster: 89 live tables from Evolution (Crazy Time, Blackjack Klasik tables, roulette variants) and Ezugi (Speed Roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Bengali-language dealer rooms), plus instant titles from Truelab and 1spin4win. Six named Evolution shows (Crazy Time, Monopoly, Monopoly Big Baller, Mega Ball, Funky Time, Dream Catcher) can even be played with bonus money under the LSU rules, an unusual exception. A four-tier jackpot ladder runs across the whole slot floor; note that the top tier, shown as up to $1,000,000, only counts bets of $100 or more, and that the "876 K €" jackpot banner on the homepage matches the per-tier maximums, not the current pots (the pots we saw ranged from a few hundred to a few thousand euros).

Bonuses (2.5/10)

Start with the shape of the offer. The 550% up to €3,507 plus 400 free spins is made up of four stacked deposit bonuses: 200% + 100 FS, then 100% + 100 FS, then 100% + 100 FS, then 150% + 100 FS, from a minimum deposit of €9, with the first stage capped at €876. Then read article 3.11 of the Bonus Policy, word for word: "Each bonus within the Welcome Bonus Pack is subject to a wagering requirement of sixty times (x60) the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount."

Lussurio's welcome bonus pop-up showing the four deposit stages
The welcome pop-up: four deposit stages that add up to 550%. The 60x deposit-plus-bonus wagering appears only in the Bonus Policy.

Do the maths once and the headline dissolves. Take the first stage at full size: deposit €438, receive €876. The wagering requirement is 60 x (438 + 876), or €78,840 in slot turnover for €876 of bonus money. Play through the full four-stage package at maximum size and the combined requirement comes to around €377,000. For comparison, the much-criticised package at EmberBet asks for €112,500 and the one at DiceSpin €30,000. This is the highest wagering requirement we have ever recorded, at any casino and at any licence level. On top of that multiplier: bonuses run for 24 hours by default unless stated otherwise (1.11); all bonus money sits in LSU, an in-house token pegged 1:1 to USDT that may only be wagered on slots (plus six named Evolution shows); the bonus is "limited by the maximum cashout amount", and the policy never states that multiple for the welcome package (3.12, 4.6); and any amount above that unstated cap is withheld at withdrawal, even if you keep playing after conversion (2.11, 2.12).

The cashback programme deserves a paragraph of its own, because the marketing and the policy contradict each other. The bonus page promises, in a bullet list, "Withdraw cashback without wager". Article 5.4 of the Bonus Policy says: "All cashback is credited directly to your real-money balance and is subject to a 3x wagering requirement." Contradiction aside, the mechanics make this the least generous cashback variant we have documented: 10% daily and 10% weekly, each calculated on net losses but capped by an "Active Balance" defined as total deposits minus total withdrawals minus losses already covered, so earlier cashback shrinks your future entitlement; the daily amount must be claimed manually within 24 hours or it lapses, the weekly one within 7 days; live games, baccarat and crash games are excluded; and only games labelled "Cashback On" count. A cashback that expires, carries wagering and eats its own base is a marketing feature, not a product. The 7 Days of Luck task calendar, the referral programme (paid per bet your friend places) and a VIP package (25x deposit plus bonus on deposits up to $15,000 per stage) round off a bonus architecture designed at every layer to look enormous and pay out little. Our advice: play at Lussurio without bonuses, or do not play there at all; and if you take the cashback, read article 5 first and claim it on time.

Customer support (5.5/10)

Customer support is available 24/7 through a LiveChat implementation that can be reached without registering, plus support@lussurio.com. There is no phone line. The Dispute Resolution Policy routes complaints through customer support with escalation to management, and where that fails, to "any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website", which under the CGA regime is a complaints channel that actually works and the most meaningful escalation route in our caution-flagged cluster. Lussurio holds no Irish licence, so Ireland's regulator (the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland) cannot help with a dispute. Server logs are contractually decisive in disputes. There is no help centre like the one at DiceSpin; the policy pages are complete, but practical documentation is thin and no response times are published outside the general terms.

User experience (6.0/10)

The product is polished: a fast candy-pink-on-dark interface, working search across the whole catalogue, live player counts, iOS and Android apps, demo play everywhere and a lobby that loads instantly. Registration goes through a short pop-up. Against that stand some retention mechanics worth naming: a "7 Days of Luck" task calendar that rewards coming back every day, a referral programme that pays you for your friends' losses ("Get paid for every bet your friend makes"), jackpot tiers with bet thresholds that push stakes towards $100 spins, and a bonus page whose headline claims ("Withdraw cashback without wager", "Make bets of any size in our bonus currency") are contradicted by the policy that governs them; article 3.12 imposes a maximum bet while the welcome bonus is being cleared, whatever the marketing says about bet sizes.

The responsible gambling toolkit is thin and partly contradictory: limits are available "in the personal cabinet" or through support, but article 6.7 states that "due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to the deposits made through payment systems", which amounts to the casino admitting that the most important responsible gambling tool does not work for the site's main payment route. The excluded countries include Australia, Curaçao itself, France, the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, Turkey, China, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Thailand (article 4.5), plus the FATF lists. Ireland is not on that list. The terms took effect on 1 June 2025, and the Cyrillic homoglyphs in the English legal text in the footer fit a template assembled in a hurry for a 2026 launch.

Final verdict (5.3/10)

Lussurio is the strongest casino product in our caution-flagged cluster and has the most defensible licence in that group. A checkable CGA registration with a live certificate, a verified Evolution and Ezugi live floor, a huge demo-friendly slot catalogue, apps and an operator with a public company record: none of the Anjouan brands we have reviewed can match that foundation, and the reputation score here is the highest we have given to any casino licensed below the Kahnawake tier.

The bonus architecture is the reason the overall score stays at 5.3. A 550% headline priced at 60x deposit plus bonus is not a bonus, it is a turnover subscription; €78,840 of wagering for a €876 stage is a sum no player should accept. The cashback contradicts its own advertising, lapses if you do not claim it and shrinks its own base. Bonus money sits in an in-house token with unstated cashout caps. And the account terms (monthly dormancy fees of 5% or $100, confiscation after 48 months, no published withdrawal limits, 3x turnover on deposits) all point in the operator's direction. Treat Lussurio as a solid gaming platform wrapped in the most aggressive bonus maths we have ever recorded: if you play, turn the welcome package down entirely, decline bonuses at deposit, withdraw your winnings as you go and use the CGA complaints route if something goes wrong. For the rest of the Irish picture, compare the other Irish casino reviews.

Best for: players who want a big game floor from the SoftSwiss ecosystem with verified Evolution live tables and free demo play, and who never touch a bonus.

Look elsewhere if: you value bonuses that survive a calculation, published withdrawal limits, marketing that matches the policy underneath it, or an operator with a longer record than a single season.

We will update this review as Lussurio's payout and complaints record builds up, and as soon as the bonus terms change. For similar risk profiles, see our reviews of DiceSpin, Drakaris, EmberBet, 7abet and Chanze.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lussurio trustworthy?
Lussurio is operated by Goodwin N.V. under licence OGL/2024/758/0228 from the Curacao Gaming Authority. That licence appears in the regulator's public register with a link to a live certificate, and the Evolution and Ezugi live tables can be checked in the lobby. That makes Lussurio easier to verify than most new offshore casinos. It is still a 2026 brand with no established payout reputation, with outside reports of complaints alongside positive reviews, and with bonus terms we count among the worst we have ever reviewed. We give it 5.3/10.
How does the Lussurio welcome bonus work?
The 550% package up to €3,507 plus 400 free spins consists of four deposit bonuses (200%, 100%, 100% and 150%, each with 100 free spins) from a minimum deposit of €9. Article 3.11 of the Bonus Policy sets the wagering at 60x the deposit plus the bonus per stage. A maximum first stage (€438 deposit, €876 bonus) therefore requires €78,840 in slot turnover, and the full package roughly €377,000. Bonus money sits in the site's LSU token and falls under an unstated maximum cashout cap.
What is LSU at Lussurio?
LSU is Lussurio's own bonus currency, pegged at 1 LSU per 1 USDT. All bonuses are credited in LSU, may only be wagered on slots plus six named Evolution game shows, and are converted into withdrawable USDT only once the wagering is complete, under maximum cashout limits, with any excess withheld at withdrawal.
How does Lussurio's cashback work?
The site advertises 10% daily plus 10% weekly cashback. According to the Bonus Policy, both are calculated on net losses, both are capped by an Active Balance formula (deposits minus withdrawals minus losses already covered), both carry 3x wagering despite the "without wager" marketing claim, live games, baccarat and crash games do not count, and the cashback lapses if you do not claim it manually within 24 hours (daily) or 7 days (weekly).
How fast does Lussurio pay out?
The terms state that processing can take up to 72 hours but is not limited to that, with mandatory verification beforehand and a possible phone call. No withdrawal caps or minimums are published. We have not tested any withdrawals and outside reports contradict each other, so treat any expectation about speed as unverified.
Can I try Lussurio's games without registering?
Yes. The entire slot catalogue can be played in demo mode while logged out, and the lobby shows live player counts and provider filters without an account. Live dealer tables and the cashier do require registration.
